ISO 9001:2015 certification
BCE Special Ceramics GmbH has passed the certification of DIN ISO 9001 in its 2015 version.
The new main topics of DIN ISO 9001 standard focus more on relevant processes and interested parties, such as the customers (sic), and less on the documentation itself. This allows more room for intensive continuous improvement (CIP – Continuous Improvement Process) of all relevant processes to take care of. Ultimately, the benefit reflects in the optimal design of the entire supply chain, from the raw material to the end customer. A manageable period of intensive preparation was necessary to achieve the goal. However the benefit will be long-lasting.
